Practice Run 9/15/05
Todays run was good. I messaged my leg this morning and felt good. When running i tried concentraiting on my arm swing. I kept ranting to my self...."Trigger, Trigger, Breath Fly....". The trigger part (pulling my elbo back) workes great. The breathing i still have to work on. I did three miles (24 minutes)...actualy i timed the last mile staying at the pace i was. I ran it about 7:30 or faster. I fell like in a week I should have the arm swing down. No martial arts tonight, just a busy day to put that in there. Hopefully tommorrow will be different. Need to get in the grove of things again. So, till tommorrow.
